- We don’t offer refunds on orders.
Terms of Exchange
- We accept exchanges within 3 days of receipt of the order.
- To start your return, please kindly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 00971507915597 with the reason for the return/exchange and we will send you further instructions.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that was received, unused with tags, in its original packaging, not perfumed or altered.
- Exchanging the product is allowed only once and the customer has to pay the shipping charges.
- Once the item is received and inspected by Faraway Team, we will notify you and let you know if the exchange is approved or not.
- If approved, the customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item exchanged excluding any taxes, duties or shipping fees paid.
- Store credit will expire in 6 months from the day of purchase.
- Store credit can only be used online at our website: www.faraway.ae
Issues or Damages
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- There is three days window from the day of receipt of the order to report any defect in the order.
Terms of Non-returnable Items
- We do not accept exchanges to custom orders.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be accepted.
- Any item that is returned after three days from the receipt of the order, will not be accepted.
